Design and evaluation of ECO: an augmentative and alternative communication tool

Current technology provides new challenges to improve skills on people with special necessities. In fact, persons communications needs can take advantage of devices and mobile applications interact communicate easily in the most straightforward way. Augmentative alternative communication (AAC) systems are oriented users who cannot use natural language due temporary or permanent impairments, providing an for communication. this paper, we present design guidelines easy application (ECO), AAC tool designed a user-centered approach make functional easier individuals complex needs. ECO has two well-defined modules: Communication User Manager. The former is thought as tool, while Manager module way edit content fit dynamics user’s interests. addition, evaluation from different perspectives.
